在戒灵移动方面的疑问，规则书上说“The only restriction is that the Nazgûl can never move this way into a Region that contains a Free Peoples Stronghold”
我想问的如果这座城被SF占据，戒灵同样也不能进入么？
同样的疑问发生在companions上，规则书上说“they can enter or leave a Region that contains Shadow units, but must stop upon entering a Region containing a Shadow Stronghold”
