Randy Pippus总结
Changes/Clarifications:
2.1.5: Superpower locations are no longer considered as an adjacent controlled country but "provide the same benefits as". The example in 6.2.2 shows an adjacent Superpower gets only +1 for Realignment.
2.1.8: Set-up is provided on the map.
2.2.1: Stresses that Scoring Cards do not have an Operations Point Value.
3.3: Set-up 2 US Influence in Canada.
5.2: Card Play Example 4 concerning a non-effective Star Wars is corrected. Ahead is now Behind so to speak.
6.2: Realignment rolls require a target enemy Influence, as per Player Aid Card.
6.4: Play on the Space Race has been redefined as "discard". Some Space spaces have been renamed to reflect a more satisfying level of historical achievement:--Space 3 Lunar Probe to Man in Space.--Space 4 Man in Space to Man in Earth Orbit.--Space 5 Man in Earth Orbit to Lunar Orbit.--Space 6 Space Walk to Eagle/Bear has Landed.--Space 7 Lunar Orbit to Space Shuttle.--Space 8 Eagle/Bear has Landed to Space Station.
7.4.3: A new section in line with the new text on certain cards that may "Conduct Operations, place Influence or attempt Realignments as if they played a card of certain operations value" equating those with 6.0 Operations.
8.2: Failure to make required Mil Ops by both players is defined as a net total.
8.2.3: War Card Event text will designate a set number of Mil Ops.
9.4: The China Card will be passed to an opponent under the terms of the Event.
11.0: For Tournament Play revealing a Scoring Card can be satisfied by exposing the bottom edge. The suggested secret bidding system has overcontrol capped at +2.
12.0: The Chinese Civil War is reprinted from C3I #21, and the Late War Scenario from #19 [Needs Errata for Willy Brandt and Victory Conditions].
