有个问题，确认一下cancel的问题
援救和取消这两种响应，本身是否能被取消？
个人意见如下：（白色的字）
提到cancel的时候有这样一段
Note that this also holds true for the resolution of passive abilities and all responses. This even holds true in the rare case when a player wishes to cancel a "cancel" response just played.
看来是可以cancel一个cancel effect的
