It is not interesting at all. Tibet is always part of China - it was in the past, it is now and it will be in the future. I know Wetern countries try to separate Tibet from China since they don't want to admit the strong growth in China. They try to find the execuse to put China down so that they will not be frightened by Chinese advanced technology and growing economy. Regardless what Wetern people do to interfere Chinese politice, China will be strong and will be a advanced country to surprise and threaten every one in the future. It is meant to be and it will be....

To clarify:

First of all tibet is not part of the game itself because there are no real big cities (in comparison with the other chinese cities) and I just took a map of china an first put in all the cities with a million or more people living there and then added some cities to come up with 42 needed cities for the map.

The cities in the west are not all big, but to have a better game there should be more than one city over there.

If I had included a city from tibet it would have been Lhasa (of course) but the connection costs because of the mountains would have been so expensive that it would be without any sense for the game to have this city, because nobody would build there (gaming wise speaking)

So the map structure is the way it is by now, because it is already very expensive to build to the west.

Then we had to design the map and with the known discussions all over the world about the status of tibet, I decided to keep tibet in that way it is now neutral, because people all over the world are totally mad about borders and nationalism.

As coming from a country not long ago changed their borders, I'm sometimes not quite sure what to do with borders, because I grew up in the federal republic of germany (western germany) and almost nobody ever thaught of a real chance of a reunion of the german country in the times I were in school and for me the borders of western germany with the special status of berlin, were given totally normal.

So as we made the other side of the map the korean board, we only made the south korean part, because of the official status of korea is the same status it were with eastern and western germany, but the company in korea told me that they want to have the whole korean peninsula, because they feel as one nation and ok we did it against the international official status.

I hope this clears the way the board is by now. Tibet is part of the map of china as we see but special.

作者也说了，听取了韩国人的意见后，他修改了韩国地图的设计，包括了整个朝鲜半岛。那么他应该也听听中国人的意见。
这样的地图肯定不能在国内卖的，虽然我相信作者立场是中立的。

You could keep tibet as neutral, as you think there are known discussions. But you put it green as i mentioned above. It looks the same color as other regions outside China. I don't think the green choice is a wise way.

I could understand you, you have done your best while you are coming from the western part of the world and politics is actually not your busniss. But I do hope you could respect Chinese people and could ask for advice before you making a map related to these people.

I know why Chinese people are sensitive about this issue. Because we have been attacked by several countries since 19th century. We want to be friend to other people of world now. We want to be more confident. We want the world to respect us.

So, I will leave this question to you. And to be honest, I like the design of map as I like USA and Germany map as well.

其实tick你没必要让他在西藏加城市，因为那更多的是出于游戏性的考虑
讨论地图就着重于地图，建议他把西藏和新疆的颜色涂成一样的也就是了
虽然那样会有些难看不过..呃..

我觉得为了游戏性，加不加城市没问题，但总不能把整个地区的颜色弄成是和中国完全无关的中立绿色啊，还有西藏，就算不算在游戏里，也不应该划黑边划出中国去嘛，弄个白边的，然后填个其他颜色，不是什么难事吧。。。。
