"The Stars Were Right" - Post-Apocalyptic Call of Cthulhu
[hr]
My players want to play a post-apocalyptic game. There might also be some interest in a Call of Cthulhu game and most are not familiar with Lovecraft of the Mythos.
So I had an idea tonight while doing the dishes: The Stars Aligned, Cthulhu woke up, the world was destroyed.
But not everyone died. There are handfuls of survivors roaming the wasteland, scavenging the ruins of cities for equipment and canned food, trying to stay hidden from the Fungi from Yuggoth, Shoggoths, Deep One raiding parties close to shore, underground vault cities of the Kn'Yan and Serpent Men, and various other monsters and races whose wait is over and whose time has come.
Hell, I could have Mad Max road chases vs. twisted chaos-tainted flesh-eating mutant freaks. The occasional Terminator. What-have-you.
It's two great tastes that go together!
Tell me someone has written this up already to save me a lot of work converting scavenging rules, mutations, kit-bashed vehicles, and other post-apoc staples from other games.
Is there a BRP post-apoc setting?
从这段文字看,Kn'Yan 应该不是地区
You may consider him an "ascended master" of the "cult of cthulhu", a Kn'yan (an aliasof the Kuen Yuin organisation of the Green Men), the leader of the Nine Unknown...
