King's Landing. Any Phase: Kneel and discard Rhaenys's Hill from play to put all characters in a single opponent's dead pile into play under your control until the end of the phase. At the end of the phase, return those characters to their owner's dead pile.

情况如下。
我宣布军事争夺，对手发动Rhaenys's Hill 效果，把我的死亡牌堆里的4个人拉上场，并用之一人物蓝礼宣布防守，由于我的进攻角色带致命，所以蓝礼死了，进了我的死亡牌堆。这时候我用死里逃生。
问题，在对手不弃手牌取消我死里逃生的前提下：
1 蓝礼上场时是我控制还是对手控制？
2 如果是我控制，那阶段结束后，Rhaenys's Hill 的效果会不会让蓝礼再回到死亡牌堆？
