Q: What happens with the bonuses if someone builds the Bell Tower ?
A : The bonuses are awarded for 7 districts and not 8. If one or more players have 7 districts when the Bell Tower is built, they all get the 4 points bonus for simultaneously meeting the 7 district condition. the Bell Tower is built as someone's seventh district, he and anyone else with 7 districts get 4 points bonus for simultaneously meeting the game end condition, and any players to subsequently reach 7 districts that round get 2
