能够独立运行的扩充跟相同机制的独立游戏还是有差别的 至少这样的扩充必然能跟基础版混用（否则就没法叫扩充了） 而相同机制的独立游戏可能就会因为机制细节上的改动 或者是平衡性问题难以互通（因为独立游戏的制作不一定卡牌强度之类跟基础版能挂钩）
这一点在bgg的描述中提到的比较详细
生化危机扩充确实是一个独立运行的扩充

而eru aramein从描述上来说可能有点出入
Although it's technically possible to use the cards in both sets together,
El*Alamein
is first and foremost a game on its own, and is better described as a "compatible sequel" than a standalone expansion.
也就是说 二者卡牌虽然在技术上可能能够混用 但是从本质意义上来说 他还是一个独立游戏 而并不是可独立运行的扩充（比如从背景考虑）
