I do not know this seller and he has also raised the price of NATO to HKD250 (with any prior notice). Anyway, I have sent him your offer (i.e. NATO remains HKD200), whether he is willing to sell it at HKD200 is up to him.

Note the latest post of the seller. He is willing to sell NATO to you at HKD200 (i.e. the original price) instead of HKD250
