这是我在BGG找的英文资料，作了一个翻译，相信对很多玩家是有用。

Starting ResourceWhichever side of the board is used (A or B), Manneken Pis produces no resources.However, its owner begins the game with 4 extra gold (for a total of 7 starting gold).

The stages of the targeted Wonder do not need to have been completed by their respective owners for the Manneken Pis to copy them. The building of the Manneken Pis’ stages has no effect on the owners of the Wonders whose effects have been copied.·
If the Manneken Pis copies the effect of the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus and both players build the corresponding stage on the same turn, the owner of the Mausoleum chooses from the discard before the owner of the Manneken Pis.
说明:只复制指定奇迹的效果,奇迹的建造费用仍然是印在撒尿小童雕塑图板上的费用。撒尿小童雕塑复制指定奇迹的效果并不需要奇迹控制玩家自己建造完成这个奇迹阶段。撒尿小童雕塑建造并复制奇迹效果，也不影响那个奇迹本身的状态。如果撒尿小童雕塑复制摩索拉斯基陵墓的奇迹效果并且两个玩家在同一回合都建造使用摩索拉斯基陵墓的奇迹能力时，由摩索拉斯基陵墓的玩家先从弃牌中选择建造建筑，再由撒尿小童雕塑的玩家选择建筑。Manneken Pis – Brussels (B)布鲁塞尔的撒尿小童雕塑font=宋体, MS SongThis version of the Wonder contains only one Stage.
