3 news rules:
Demon player's hand size is now reduced to 3.
The siccarias are powerful, with some permanent abilities.
The hounds are a step between trog and demon :they cost 3 pm and are furious,so you need to allow them a dice each turn,or they will do nothing.

"Do you hate Claustrophobia? You are going to hate the expansion!
A little reminder of the context
The goal of the expansion was to allow people to add more variety to the base game without making Claustrophobia too complex.
Basically, Croc didn't want to add a thick layer of rules over Claustrophobia. If you purchase the expansion and you know already the rules, you will be able to play almost immediately. There are though quite a few new features. But don't delude yourselves: if you didn't like the base game it is useless "to dig" for De Profundis.
What's in the box
Painted figurines ( the first the talks of pre-painted I'm going to...):
2 different Siccaria, which have the same identical basic capabilities and some different (they are in a kit) that will allow further fine tuning of each. With 2 figurines there will be a multitude of possible characters: strong permanent talents, special attacks.
2 identical enraged molossers, except the manes for differentiation.
There will be 4 figurines altogether of which only 3 different (2 siccaria, the molossers are identical, only painted differently)
55 cards (same amount from the base game!): a little bit more of everything that already exists in the base game
6 new talents for the brother redeemer,
new demons, new events, new objects, etc
Tiles. !0 tiles all different. So ten new rooms, which will count as 5 or 6 new types of tiles. For example: one sanctified zone causing damage to the demonic creatures that cross over it, a demon pit from where the demons can spawn faster and for a reduced cost, the tomb of an ancient warrior that can contain various objects. Nothing to do with the tile from the base game where the found objects depended on the given scenario. In the tomb, the object card is randomly picked.
Two new stands!! Yes!! The fans will appreciate!
A new rulebook (very short rules! Which is a great advantage) and 12 scenarios 100% new. No. One of them is an adaptation of Croc's favorite web scenario. The other scenarios will run from 30min (including taking a shower) up to one hour (the complex ones ay, ay ay) The scenarios have been written by Croc and by all the folks that have previously published on the Internet, on Ravage magazine, etc. A team of 6 people, payed and very good.
The expansion was created only after publishing the base game. Nothing was removed then from the base game to create the expansion. Therefore we have decided to add the expansion only now, long after the main game.
New Rules
There are only 3 new rules.
First change, the most simple one, the hand of the demon player is limited to only 3 event cards. Yes only three, because the new events are so numerous and so powerful. Accumulation of too many cards would be bad.
Second change, the Siccaria. Their skills are permanent. No need for dice rolls. Therefore they function much easier than the priest.
Third change, the introduction of the enraged molossers. The goal was to create one middle step between the troglodytes and the demon. It has been done. Croc wanted them to be played differently than the troglos or the demons. Again it has been done. They cost 3 TP and because they are enraged they will have to be controlled by allowing them a die. This die is free the first round, but in the next rounds they will require a destiny die too. If not the beast may get obstinate, refuse to obey and do nothing. Like Croc most of the time.
The alternative talents for the priest will make playing him entirely different from the base game. You will see.
If everything goes well the game will come out mid-October. It will go to printing on mid July. If this was a video game we could say that it's in the gold stage. But it is not. Tra-la-la.
Estimated price: 35 euros
Playing Time: 30min-1h30min depending on the scenario
Number of players: 2. Yes, only two not more. If you want to play with 4 play Chaos in the Old World.
Launching: mid October 2011. There is some delay with the figs production."
