关于第一题
Q: What happens to the crown if the emperor is assassinated?
A: Nothing. Then player who has the crown keeps it.
关于第二题
Q: If the witch ensorcels a non-activated character, such as the bishop or tax-collector, does the non-activated abilty of this character benefit the witch player or the bewitched character player?
A: The witch player.
关于第三题
Powderhouse : During your turn, you can destroy the powderhouse and destroy another district card of your choice in any player’s city.
没找到说不行，但就算你摧毁了，本轮结束后游戏依然会结束
关于第四题
Q: Can you have two identical districts in your city through use of the Diplomat?
A: No.
关于第五题
Hospital : If you are assassinated, you still take two gold or draw two cards and discard one when comes your turn, but that’s all you do this turn.
只能抽牌或拿钱，这就是全部（你已经是在医院的废人了，没能力了）
关于第六、八、九题
Artist
You may "beautify" one or two of your districts by putting your gold on one or both of them. The cost of a beautified district (and therefore the cost of destroying or exchanging it) is increased by one. Note that this increases how many points you receive for the district at the end of the game. There can be only one gold on any one district.
个人理解是附加价值外交官一样要额外花钱，第九题同理。摧毁就毁了，记得同样为附加价值交钱。
艺术家一次最多美化两个区域，任意一个区域最多被美化一次
关于第七题
Diplomat
You receive one gold for each military (red) district in your city. At the end of your turn, you may take a district from another player's city in exchange for a district in your city. If the district you take has a higher cost than the district you give, you must pay the difference in gold to the player with whom you make the exchange. (The Great Wall affects this cost.)（后面省略）
说了是“如果”你交换的是“比你原有的地区价值高”的，你“必须”要付差价。换低价的应该双方都不用花钱
