问题1：2L的解释应该是没错的，参见非官方FAQ的解释：
48. William Shakespeare (Age II) – if I have 1 library and 1 theater, how much is Shakespeare’s bonus? A. 3 points. 1 for the library and 2 for the library-theater pair.
至于3L所说的情况，如果是3图书馆，1剧院，总共应该加5分，不是4分。
问题2：3L的解释是正确的，同样参见非官方FAQ：
59. St. Peter’s Basilica (Age I) – does it double unhappy faces as well (such as from the Kremlin or Communism)? A. No, it only doubles happy (smiling) faces (not frowning faces).
