kard combat是Hothead Games发布的一款过程简单但十分需要策略的卡牌游戏，考验对战双方的战略部署。游戏中两位玩家各持有六张生物卡，每轮出一张。每轮所打出的生物卡攻击下一轮对手打出的生物卡。游戏的目标是将对方的生命减到零。
游戏开始时，玩家各拥有5个魔法元素，分别为水、火、土、空气和特殊元素。每一轮玩家获得各元素的一定法力。能力越强的生物卡，所需法力值越高。“特殊”元素根据玩家的不同牌面而不同，玩家可以选择成为圣贤、死神、机器或法师。
