个人猜测是含义是你可以把拥有的其中一分钱掰成2分花~
我刚刚看见了LZ提供的网站上的外国友人的猜测，觉得挺合理的，很有卡坦岛的特色~
My guesses for the abilities:
"Once per turn, trade two identical resources created or bought this turn for one resource of any type."（卡坦岛的资源置换规则）
"Gain 7 money; each other player loses 2 money."（遭遇强盗了~）
