About Karl "Helo" Agathon, when he is stranded I wanna know if this player can:
1 - drawn skill cards
2 - participate in skill checks
3 - drawn a crisis card
4 - be admiral or president
5 - make choices (as current player, president or admiral)
6 - be executed (in Pegasus expansion)

In regard to your Helo questions, while he is stranded, his player draws skill cards, may participate in skill checks, and draws a Crisis Card as part of the Crisis Step of his turn. While stranded Helo may be President or Admiral, and if he holds a title, he makes the corresponding choices on "President Chooses" or "Admiral Chooses" Crisis Cards. He also may be executed. He may not be moved to Sickbay or the Brig nor may he be chosen to potentially go to Sickbay or the Brig. (For instance, he cannot be the target of the Admiral's Quarters location while he is stranded.
