我是德文版的，那几个卡的文字，翻成英文了，应该能看
Stadtausbau Bibliothek: Wenn Sie mit einem Mitspieler tauschen, dürfen Sie 1 Rohstoffkarte aus seiner offenen Hand aussuchen (1x pro Zug).
City Expansion Library: If you trade with another player, you may search for a resource card from his open hand (1 per turn).
Rathaus: Wenn Sie das Rathaus bauen, müssen Sie 2 Erz zusätzlich zahlen.
Town Hall: If you build the city hall, you must pay 2 additional ore.
Händlergilde: Sie dürfen bei einem Mitspieler mit gleich vielen oder mehr Siegpunkten 1 Rohstoffkarte ziehen (1x pro Zug).
Merchants Guild: You may draw one resource card at a opponent with the same or more victory points (1 per turn).
Stadtburg: Ihre ersten drei Straßen sind geschützt und dürfen Ihnen nicht weggenommen werden.
Castle: Your first three roads are protected and may not be taken away from you.
Kirche: Ihr erster Ritter ist geschützt und darf Ihnen nicht weggenommen werden.
Church: Your first knight is protected and must not be taken away from you.
Universität: Wenn Sie bauen, dürfen Sie 1 Rohstoffkarte der baukosten durch eine beliebige andere Rohstoffkarte ersetzen (1x pro Zug).
University: If you build, you may replace 1 resource card of the construction cost by any other resource card (1 per turn).
