faq里写的若你弃除了你的“手牌”，并不视为你弃除了你手牌中的任何一张单独的卡牌 ...
我个人理解这二者的区别在于一个是“discard from one's hand”，一个是“discard one's hand”
黑星的能力归属于前者，所有属于前者的可以进场，后者的不行。
然后法令的英文原文是“When revealed, the player with the most cards in hand choose and discard cards from his hand until he has 4 cards in hand”，所以法令的情况下黑星可以进场。
