skyey 好像有Q&A提到过的，active location是作为quest卡的缓冲地带，任何要往quest卡上增加探索标志的情况发生时首先要检查有没有active location，如果有就先放置在active location上，满了之后多余的探索标志可以放置在quest卡上。 但手边没有资料，不好查。
