Yes as the link posted indicates.. we use d20 for everything in my house here is a list of things we've used a d20 to resolve (and these are just things I can remember that have happened recently.
1) Spaghetti, hamburgers or Fettuccine Alfredo - d20 - High (Hamburgers won)
2) Take out trash, clean closet or sweet - d20 - High to low chooses
3) Who goes first in XXX game (i.e. Samurai) this happens alot
4) Turn order for 5 girls ages 8-11 for the SIMS which is only on one computer. - High to low sets order
5) Turn order for 5 girls ages 8-11 for the Karaoke machine - High to low sets order
6) Bed time - if above 10 they got extra half hour. on a crit roll (20) they get to have the tv on for that half hour.
7) Who has to have their hair combed first...
8) Who gets to pick the game to play first...
9) This is a good one! who's left the light on (Neither wanted to take blame, but someone had to be punished)
10) Who takes a shower first...
11) Who gets the "cool" towel at the pool.
12) Who gets to go to the store with daddy...
13) What age we are pretending to be for the next hour - 1 - 20 (on a crit you get outta babysitting the ones who roll low, cuz yer prolly out drinking)

20) Personal Favorite: Who loves daddy the most... this is often the most disputed and rerolled one of the bunch.. and generally only has the GM accept the roll on a tie.
