gjghost 规则上说，再处理时间卡时， 拿哨子的玩家扣除执行“时间事件”的时间 the player who currently holds the Whistle (i.e. the first player in the turn) is the one charged with the passing of time. 那么扣除的时间是多少呢。。好像没有地方说啊。 版图上也没写？
