取自《亚洲舰队》剧本2 需要修改下对应鱼叉推演

Background:
China has clearly rejected a joint oil field development plan proposed by the Japanese government in the East China Sea. However, even though oil prospecting is prohibited, the Japanese government approves the construction of the oil facility and announced that they are taking responsibility in the construction of the new oil facility. The Chinese Foreign ministry delivered a strong warning for the Japanese construction of mining facilities stating the inconsiderate actions by the government of Japan will develop into a serious situation. China's Xinhua News Agency reported that marine mining facilities once again made an appearance in the vicinity of the fleet and China, as well as a Chinese naval base sending out submarines to sail around the world. At the same time, a Japanese news program with personal affairs (a military critic) provided educated explanations into the possibility of armed conflict, while a convoy carrying building materials and escorted by the Maritime Self-Defense Force departed Sasebo.

East China Sea Zone / Japan Zone of the south map only.
Neither side can enter a coastal hex in South Korea except Cheju-do Island.

Special rules:
・Attack restriction: Neither government wants a full out war. Because of that, the airbase or the port of the opposite side which is printed on the map cannot be attacked. Also, neither side can attack units that occupy their own friendly port hex.
・Oilfield unit: In this scenario, two oil facilities, Western Allied oil exploration facilities and Xiao gas oil field units, are used. The Chinese Xiao oil field facility is located in hex 2735. The oil facility is treated as a coastal defense hex without combat capabilities. The offshore drilling facilities can be damaged and repaired like a normal base, but it takes twice as long to repair and an allied supply unit must be present in the hex.
・Japanese oil facility: Is located in hex 2835.
This oil facility is treated as a coastal defense hex without combat capabilities. This oil facility starts the game in the condition of damage 1. A damaged oil facility can be repaired but a supply ship must be present for repair and it takes twice as long.
・Combat vs oilfield: Japan cannot attack the oilfield.
At the moment Japan enters hex 2735, China can make attacks against both oil facilities. The oil facility is considered to have an AA value of 0 for the attack.
・Conflict condition: At the start of the game, no conflict exists.
Both sides can attack during the activity cycle, but the side who attacks first receives a penalty for starting the conflict.
Start of the conflict occurs in the following situations.

Attacking the other side on the map.
China enters hex 2835.
Japan enters hex 2735.
The first instance when interception or bounce combat occurs in the strategic air phase.
In the case that Japan starts the conflict, Japan loses "-5VP". There is no penalty if China starts the conflict.
・Conflict and strategic air missions: When starting the strategic air operations segment of the 1st turn the order of Japan declaring interception and bounce combat is first and China declares second. In the strategic air operations segment of the first turn, if neither side wants to go through with Interception or bounce combat, the air units are moved to the return to base sections. The air units that are performing other duties are able to carry out those duties. If either side wants to continue with Interception or bounce combat, normal execution of the strategic air missions is carried out.
・Conflict condition and CAP: It is possible for CAP missions to be carried out before the start of conflict. In this case, a conflict condition occurs by declaring an attack of the enemy unit that entered into the CAP range.
Victory Condition
Japan gets the victory automatically, in the case that the Japanese player gets 2 OL units in hex 2835 at the time of scenario completion. If that doesn’t occur, victory is decided by the following victory point computations.

・For each Chinese SS365-366 sunk. 2VP
・For each of other type of SS or FF sunk. 1VP
・For each Chinese INT / BMB / ATK destroyed. 1VP
・If Chinese S30MKK destroyed. 3VP
・For each Japanese TK that occupies 2835 at the end of the game. 5VP
・For any Japanese unit that occupies 2835 at the end of the game. 5VP
・If the damage to the facility in 2835 is removed by the end of the game. 5VP
・If a Japanese unit occupies 2735 at the end of the game and the oil facility is not destroyed. 10VP
・If a Japanese unit occupies 2735 at the end of the game and the oil facility is destroyed. 5VP
・For each Japanese DD destroyed. -5VP
・For each Japanese CO and SS destroyed. -7VP
・For each Japanese RCN destroyed. -4VP
・For each Japanese INT destroyed. -5VP
・If the Japanese oil facility at 2835 is destroyed by end of the game. -5VP
・If Japanese AWACS destroyed. -10VP
・If a Chinese unit occupies 2835 when the game ends. -20VP

Victory levels:
Victory level is determined with accumulated victory points at the time of game completion.
30VP or more Japanese decisive victory
20 - 29VP Japanese strategic victory
11 - 19VP Japanese limited victory
1 - 10VP Draw
0VP or less Chinese victory
