Wargame convention in Yang Shou in November, 2013

Our committee member, Jeff Herbert has found a venue for a wargame convention in Yang Shou and if you are interested in attending the convention should it be held in the last week of November, 2013, please let us know.

I have found a venue for a wargames 'convention' in Yang Shou.
I am thinking of trying to get it going for the last week in November.
We can make it open to anybody but I was thinking of it as a good meeting point for HKSW members, Beijing Club Members and perhaps Shanghai.
Could you guage the interest ?
I can bring a number of DBR armies up here by that time so we could do DBR (200?) and some board gaming.
Hotels will be quite cheap in November and even cheaper if members wish to share.

Ok, lets work on it, I would like 12-20 (participants) to make it workable.
I believe it should be fairly cheap Hotel Accomadation 100-250 RMB per day (There are more up market hotels if you wish. So if two people share a room then it could be just 50 per day.
If you count on 100 RMB a day for food and drink you should be OK.
I am thinking of the weekend of 22,23,24, November.
