说明书上表明的是，只有当这匹马同时也是前三名时候，这个奖励才有的。
if the pace horse was one of three winning horses ,then each player with a chip on the pace horse receives an additional 100 for a 1 chip or 200 for a 2 chip.
也就是说，这个率先过半的马如果后场不力，得了 4 5 6 7名的话，这个奖励就取消了。
