阿以战争应该是美国控制下的以色列及其每个邻国使投骰结果减1
TS 2nd Edition Card Changes:
1)
Korean War: Removed DEFCON reduction, to make it like the other War cards.
2)
Arab-Israeli War: -1 to die roll if Israel is US controlled.
3)
NATO: After play of NATO, US controlled countries in Europe are immune to Brush War.
4)
Red Scare/Purge: Operations value increased from 2 to 4.
5)
UN Intervention: Added "May not be played during headline phase."
