选择starting packages的时候，选择的板块，大家可以轮流免费建在地图上，并放上自己的旗帜，但必须要连接在一起，并符合规则（不同颜色的版块不能形成圈）。

你理解得对，你放置的新旗帜必须和自己已有的旗帜相连。
