Missile Envy是不断交换使用至到整个回合的结束，还是只交换一次？

A. A player under Bear trap/Quagmire who has had Missile Envy played against him MUST use it as the next discard if its value has not been degraded by Red Scare/Purge.

as the next discard 是指第二轮过来ENVY还在手上的时候丢掉还是，当轮如果还需要丢一张牌的时候丢了？

最后一句写了，对手下回必须用来执行行动，不能再做事件用了。

Next就是下面最近的一张，我理解是如果你本轮已经弃过了就是下一轮弃“导弹嫉妒”，如果本轮还没弃过牌就必须弃它。
