Ten Year Old Euros that Are Still Better than Most of the New Hotness（那些诞生十年但仍然比新的热门游戏强的游戏）

33、 Space Hulk (third edition) [Average Rating:7.64 Overall Rank:81]http://cf.geekdo-images.com/images/pic617958_t.jpg[/img] 绝对优雅的机制，运气程度少。Truly elegant mechanics found in this 20+ year old title.Simple yet the luck factor is minimal allowing for amazing strategies to become realized.There is one drawback however. This game comes filled with gasp PLASTIC!
Thankfully, with some liberal additions of cubes and Renaissance trading artwork, this game suddenly becomes infinitely more playable.

最近迷上，胜利途径多、时间短。 I've recently become enamored with this brilliant little 11-year-old game. While the theme isn't euro-typical, the game design is. Classic "many paths to victory". Short play-time. No player elimination. Meaty decisions. It's an efficiency challenge where you produce widgets, and there's all kinds of interlocking aspects you have to manage: workers, raw materials, company growth, environmental contamination; and economy is interwoven into most of that as well. Auctions on top of that, with another layer of manipulating whether other players get your money vs. the bank.All the above in a tidy euro package. Deceptively simple; there is a substantial and interesting game in this trim clean rule set. A true classic.

仅次于卡卡颂的板块放置游戏。What? No Alhambra yet? Just about ten years old and still amazing fun. Perhaps second to Carcassonne as a tile layer (in a solitaire kind of way). The big box reissue makes it irresistible as a purchase for those who don't yet have.

虽只有8岁，但是最激烈有趣的区域占领游戏，贵族的年龄系统很有趣。Ok, it is just 8 years old. Yet, it is one of the most tense and fun area majority games out there. The ageing system of the nobles is very fun and thematic.

Klaus Teuber最好的游戏，可惜在不足4人时略平淡。Klaus Teuber's best game. Sadly it works perfectly with four players and falls a bit flat with less players. This game was ahead of its time on so many levels.Re-implemented as Domaine, which took the best part out of the game, in my opinion.

适合真正的德式游戏迷。Hard to get. If you don't like Euros you will NOT like this. If you are a Euro fan this "should" be right up your alley. I have found people that really enjoy it, and others find it a very dry and bland cube pusher. I think it's a very good game.

30年前的太空战棋还能历久弥新。And now, I really have to add Space Empires to this list.It is almost unbelievable how this small 1981 space wargame feels fresh and balanced even nowadays.It is quick, elegant and even durable due the large amount of different races.A really small masterpiece.

很早就很好地处理了文明题材。 In an age where it seems every other game is trying to condense the civ genre down to something more manageable, it seems we've all forgot that La Citta did to great effect 12 years ago.What's funny is at one time (not that entirely long ago) this went out of print and was being sold in the secondary market for a fair chunk of money. Since the reprint, it can now be found easily for less than $20. Despite that, there's more game in this box than so many hot new titles selling for twice that price.

3周前再次喜欢上了。这两年的桌游太强调画面、配件了。I re-introduced this game to our group about 3 weeks ago, with one new player, and we fell in love with it all over again. Its cover illustration is not exactly 'sexy', but this is an incredible game. In stark contrast, Euro games published in the last two to three years fail to keep my interest. The biggest problem seems to be an overemphasis on graphic presentation and component bling, at the cost of game design emphasizing replayability.I'm almost sure this new direction is a bid to attract more casual gamers to the fold, but as long as older games are being re-printed, I'll try to stop myself from complaining Now if I can only locate a copy of San Marco to try out...

我印象里这个法国游戏是最早结合了战棋和德式机制的游戏之一。In my experience, this French game was one of the first ones to combine wargames and euro mechanics. It's got action points, pick up and deliver, diceless combat, victory points, and a set number of turns. And it's a wargame! Thanks to the metal bits, it is easy to get to the table, and I think it is still a blast to play. And this game would even fall under "Twenty Year Old Euros..."

12岁了。40分钟内有大量的策略选择。Twelve years old and I still love playing it. Bought it the year it was released and must have played it 70+ times.For a 40 minute game, this offers incredibly tough tactical choices. Can be cut throat, as you can cut opponents off completely from scoring their cardinals, so you have to observe all plays carefully. Matched only by 7 Wonders as a 40 minute thriller.Very good gate way game, but also decent with eurosnoots.

每个人都喜欢看到鲨鱼把别人吃了。Everyone loves when shark eats other player's people, right! Great game that uses roll and move, but a few other interesting mechanics.

两边对抗很激烈。I just found it at the thrift store recent and wow is it good! Tense for both sides with a fun coop element for the detectives and a nasty push your luck hidden move element for Mr. X.I can see how it might be expanded upon with other versions of this game, but its pure simplicity makes it a great game. The folks I played it with had recent played Letters from Whitechapel and according to them, Scotland Yard held up just fine.

首个SDJ获奖。You might like Acquire but it doesn't have the honour of winning the first SDJ evar! (I actually like Aqcuire quite a bit also)
I had previously avoided the game because of the light-theme but a couple months ago I finally decided to throw together my own set using Dixit bunnies and it is really good! Its a race game that screams roll and move...but without the dice. Instead its a thinky resource management game that manages to be light and fun. A very nicely balanced family game and a fitting SDJ winner.

很爆脑，无运气，机制简单，忽悠，1991年SDJ推荐。This game was published in 1973, but I'm still a little surprised that I never heard about until a couple weeks ago when a gamer gave away a bunch of his unwanted games. It looked interesting and I snatched this up...we played it last week and I'm really happy I got this game. Its a total mind bender. Completely abstract board, no luck, simple mechancis, all bluffing. A little old to be a "canonical" euro, but it sure as hell plays like one...well at least one if you wanted a eurogame that was about bluffing. And it did get a recommendation in the 1991 SDJ.

很便携。Still one of the finest heavy tile games. Super portable... I bring this one along on trips. Scalable for 2, 3 or 4 players. Simply a fantastic game.

最近重发了第四版。Surprised not to see this one on the list yet, given it was recently re-released in what is, in essence, the fourth edition (Premiere -- Original Show Manager -- Atlantic Star -- latest Show Manager) which says they can't come up with better games than to reproduce this older one.Also, many of the games on this list are not 10 yrs. old yet, and a few I would not classify as Euros ...
